how we are keeping safe
we will only be seeing a very limited number of clients for face to face sessions.
the therapy room and other high touch surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected between clients.
clients will have a selection of materials that will be used only with them (e.g. natural materials / art materials).
our waiting area is on the front porch (books and toys have been removed for the time being).
clients will be required to wash hands or sanitise at the beginning and end of session. hand sanitiser will be available on the porch and in the therapy room.
we have completed “Infection Control Training - COVID-19”
we have a COVID-19 Safety Management Plan
we are registered as a COVID Safe business
we each (psychologist and client) have a responsibility to be aware of our own health, and any COVID-19 symptoms. If any one of use feels unwell the session can be transferred to a telehealth session (if appropriate) or rescheduled for as soon as possible. no cancellation fees will be charged.
we are monitoring the NSW Department of Health and Australian Psychological Society recommendations and will respond accordingly.
