I am a Registered Psychologist and Member of the Australian Psychological Society. I completed a Bachelor of Arts Honours (Psychology) at Wollongong University and worked for several years in academic research before completing a Master of Psychology (Educational and Developmental) at Monash University. I am particularly interested in development throughout childhood, and working with both children and their families to develop tools for living a good life. My interest is specifically in the ‘malaises of modern life’ such as stress, overwhelm, anxious thoughts and busyness. I am passionate about slowing down, simplifying, connection to nature, play and creating the space for children to develop in their own unique way.
